Uphold rates and complaint outcomes

This directory lists uphold rates and outcome shares exactly as each official body published them, with the period each covers. The UK FOS publishes product rates only where 30 or more cases were resolved 1, and defines upheld as found in favour of the consumer 3. FCA figures are firms' own decisions 4. CFPB rows are company response categories, not uphold rates 11. Rates from different bodies measure different things and are not ranked here.
